We have talked about this several times before. I shoot and work in sRGB, mainly because when I have my stuff printed in a lab, that is what they expect to get and work with. Adobe RGB will give you more definition in gradiants of color but it is not enough for me to make the switch to it.

I have Capture NX but I use Adobe's CS4 products for all my processing work. Camera RAW does a good job and Bridge is an excellent package.

Adobe RGB is a larger colour space, but just about everything runs in sRGB. You can always go from Adobe RGB to sRGB, but not the other way around.
