Where's the link for B&W photos with color?

I saw it recently on the forums but now can't find it. Can someone give me the link to show how to make a color photo B&W with only a small section left with color in it?

Here's my recipe:

- To convert to Black & White then selectively colourize

New adjustment layer> Hue/Saturation
De-saturate
F7 (or click on layer mask)
Press ”D”
Click on brush tool
Brush over parts to colourize
Flatten/Save

Google for "selective coloring" and you will get plenty of examples.

err what program are you using? sometimes i hate pp because people have what seems to be easy steps and i just dont get it
