Is there any way to remove glare on glasses in photoshop??

if available, you can try careful cloning by pulling useable data off both eyes to fill in

Depends where on the eye it is, and if you have usable info somewhere else as the previous poster has suggested. You can cover it with other bits of that eye, the other eye, or an eye in a similar photo.
