Question Crossed eye challenge

Ok I have a friend who has a medical condition and who has lost vision in one of her eyes and the last surgery could not correct it and now she has one eye that appears crossed, drifted to the center of her face. See attachment

I would love to know if there is a way I can make that eye look normal and centered. I did play around with a pico of her before and copied her good eye to her bad eye but there are so many pics that I would have to fix (shoot involved 200+ shots). any suggestions? She is very self concious of this bad eye. I would love to post process at least some of them with a corrected eye. See attachment.

There may not be a way to make it look normal.... just curious

In this picture the copying and flipping the good eye works quite alright.
But I'm afraid I don't know any other way to fix bunch of photos. It will require manual labor.

Maybe you could ask her which of the photos she wants corrected if any and do those?

Thanks for your advice, I will just let her view all the pics and then let me know which ones I need to adjust....Hopefully not many, ... it is part of accepting who you are truly, with flaws and all, like I hate pics taken of me cause I am overweight, but I am who I am regardless huh? I like to be "real" I guess.

Thanks again!

In future, it might be easier to take pictures from her "good side". If she wants to hide or down play the crossed eye, this will accomplish that without a large burden of post-processing (and also without so dramatically falsifying reality!).

Wulf, thanks for the suggestions... I have taken several of her and her family candid style where she is looking at her husband, flowers, her child etc, but she wanted at least a few of them where she was looking at the camera.

Thanks again for your suggestions.
