Hi all,
I've recently started doing photography on the side and a couple of my "clients" have had trouble printing their images at local photo printing places. I shoot in jpg, at the highest resolution possible, enlarge the image on my screen to make sure it is really sharp and save, generally, at 200dpi. I even do some test prints at home to make sure they are really sharp and the colors are ok. I've had no problems at home and have done even cropped photos at 8x10 with super sharp, colorful results. Yet, my clients have gotten 4x6s that look pixelated. Any ideas on what the problem might be?

The machines have to do JPG. ITs a base standard.
Sounds to me like the files theyre using to print arent the same as the one's youre sending, or that youre sending them the wrong ones. What is the actual (pixelxpixel) dimensions of the files (NOT the dpi)

One that came out pixelated was 3168x4752 and was 4mb
