Hi there!!
I’ve JUST started shooting RAW. I have a Canon 1000D. I’ve shot my pictures and uploaded them onto my computer. I have Photoshop CS2 and the Camera RAW plug-in and DNG converter. I altered the exposure, brightness, etc in Camera Raw and saved as PSD files. I then opened these files in Photoshop, did some cropping, sharpening and converted to 8 bits per channel in order to save as a JPEG. Everything looked fine up until this point. The problem came in when viewing the pictures afterwards. They all had a dull, greenish look instead of portraying the bright colours that I saw when viewing and editing in Photoshop. HELP?????????????????????????????????????????????? ????????????? I am still new to the digital pp workflow and have no idea what could of caused this. Thanks in advance |

You're shotting in AdobeRGB, working in AdobeRGB (nothing wrong with that) and viewing in an application that assumes your image is in sRGB (there's your issue). If you don't know about colour profiles/models/etc. I suggest you set your camera to sRGB and leave it at that. Otherwise read up on the subject and convert to sRGB yourself where appropriate.
