Default Converting DCM picture to JPG??
I got a cd from my local hospital of ultrasound images from when I was pregnant last year (ended in miscarriage). As you can imagine these pictures mean a lot to me now. I would love to be able to convert them to JPG so that I can print them at walmart - and so that I can upload them.
I can view them with GIMP but cannot figure out how to convert them. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

If you can open it in GIMP, you should be able to just do a Save As... and save it as a JPG.
If not, I'm not sure. I know there are several file-type converting softwares available, but don't know much about them.
You could try just manually changing the extension to .jpg and see what happens. Works for some things...

If GIMP doesnt allow you to just save as, check what MODE the images are in. They have to be 8bit for JPG.
