prodpi printing and crop factor

does anyone use www.prodpi.com ? I have heard good things but wanted to get some opinions and edvice before I send them my order. Also they have a crop factor of 1/8 of an inch when they print and Im not sure how to compensate for that beause they reccommend not using borders as compensation and some of my pictures cant afford to have 1/4" cropped off when printing... how do I compensate after Ive already shot?...... thanks in advance.....
