Default help with noise !!

on every photo i take with my fuji s6000fd i get a grainey finish (its set to jpeg fine),

it doesnt matter what iso i use its still the same.

even at perfect exposures its still the same.

im tearing my hair out !!

this is it, at its best sharpness on 100% view.

can anyone sugest how to improve this?? because its ruining most of my shots

i cannot affort a true slr at the moment so i need to get this one up to scratch.

Exposure time is a bit long.

What im thinking is that you got a bit of motion blur and the camera sharpened it. So it just looks bad.

that was my initial thought, but it was taken on a tripod.

i dont have one shot, thats crystal sharp, all my shots taken with this camera are the same, tripod or hand held.
