Unhappy Beautiful baby, but the Cradle Cap!!....

I had a photo session with a beautiful 6 month old baby yesterday - the mother said she couldn't get rid of the cradle cap before the photo session and I was semi- confident it wouldn't be too much of an issue, and in most of the pictures it's not... but this one and a few others.....

How do I get rid of the cradle cap in photoshop? Is there a way? I know its such an intricate area with all the hair and such, but I'm hoping someone has experience with this.. Thank you!

Yep, I can see it now. I don't really see the cradle cap, though...I suppose you can try a gaussian blur over the area?

What if you were to blow it up and look at it at this size? Reason I am being picky is because the mom is somewhat sensitive about it, so I am aiming to please - that and my son had bad cradle cap as a wee-one so i know how it is.

The hair hides it well...I still don't see it in the large size.

I can definitely see the cradle cap...even in the small pictures. Very cute baby though...that sucks!

i can see the cradle cap as well...but i don't think I would have if you hadn't said anything. And as funny as it may sound? As a mom I wouldn't care if the cradle cap showed in the portraits of my kids. That's just part of who they were as babies! My newborn has little white pimples all over his face and I wouldn't dream of editing them out. Maybe mom won't care so much as you'd think
