Lightening just the Eyes

I'm hoping someone can give me some advice on this set of photos. All images are thus far SooC and might need more work than I'm asking about.

In all the images my lovely female model's eyes are way too dark, even when the rest of the picture - to me - seems to be okay.

Is there a quick and easy way to lighten just around her eyes? I have Picasa, Gimp, Olympus Master and recently got PaintShop Pro 2, but haven't had a chance to use it yet. I did shoot in RAW + jpeg, so with PaintShop I should be able to work with my RAW files.
