I really tried to search the thread where this was mentioned, but I can't remember what it was about except for GIMP....my memory is soooo lousy.
I was just wondering that someone here said that they are finding GIMP hard after having used Photoshop. Well I found this site that mentioned that there is a version of GIMP for those who are transferring from Photoshop: GIMPshop. It's supposed to have a visual look that's closer to Photoshop etc. to make GIMP easier for ex-Photoshoppers. Also this could come in handy. It allows you to use Photoshop Plug Ins in GIMP. I don't have any personal experience about this, but I just thought that someone here might find it useful.
