Whats the best A4 Photo printer under £150

As title, I want to be able to print some of my photos off but there are so many printers out there.
Some have three colour cartidges, some 5 colour.
Are 5 better than 3. Should I be looking for high resolution printers-9600x2400?
Can anyone suggest a printer under £150 that produces ecellent A4 Photo Prints.
