How to install actions with Vista?

I have a new computer with VISTA on it and it's making me nuts. I have downloaded Coffeeshop's free eyebright and I cannot find the darned thing. Is there a trick somewhere I am missing? If so - wanna walk me through it?

The default download location is c:/Users/YourUserName/Downloads/

Unzip it if you need to and stick the resulting files somewhere you will remember like My Documents/My Actions or something similar. In PS, open the actions window. Click the little circle in the top right hand corner and select "Load Actions..." Select the files you just unzipped and hit load. That's it!

The same process applies to any downloaded files for PS: Actions, layer styles, brushes, etc.

I keep mine in one big RESSOURCES folder in my documents.
