Question What can I do with this ?

While watching my Vietnam pictures I found this one. I like the composition but sadly it too blury to be a good picture, so I'm trying to guess what I can do to make it acceptable. Any idea ?

It's really difficult to sharpen a really blurry shot after the fact. But it is still a nice image with good composition.

The shot is really blurred, and as sara said it probly cant be brought back to focus, but you can do other stuff with it bc like sara said it is a good picture with good composition. I hope you dont mind I played with it allitle and added a texture that I think gives a neat feel appropriate to the style of photo it is, asian culture. So here it is, hope you like

a nice button called delete, or like the person ahead of me said.

piss around with PP programs and put some texture to it. after all it will still be a picture, just nothing like what your eye would see

Wow that was rude, the fact that this shot is blurry doesnt mean scrap it, it looks like it is a memory that slyslayer is preserving in a photo, and saying delete it, when they obviously put it up here because they dont want to scrap it is disrespectful, so be considerate of what you say of others shots.

Default Removing Blur

First off, Welcome home my Brother. I was with B Co. 4/21 Americal Division 70-71. I downloaded your photo, and if you have photoshop elements, I used the Enhance/adjust sharpness/motion blur and tried Amount: 84%, Radius 7 pixels. Then I used the magnetic Lasso Tool around the girl and fine tuned in adjust sharpness. Hope this helps you out! I've scanned a few of my old photos and had to do plenty of work!!!

I'd do a bunch of playing with post processing and turn it to art. It could look terrific posterized, for example, preserving the lovely color and composition while downplaying the focus issues. Maybe you could submit it for the "what would you do?" thread and see what others would do with it? Watercolor or oil paint treatment could also be used to preserve it's good features and work around it's bad. As a "painting" or "poster" it would, in fact, make a gorgeous image for decor. Print it and frame it!
