Well, I would say you need a high DPI image and a professional printing service!

That's really huge almost 80 inches. To do something like this you will need to use a large format camera. You may be able to do it by stitching together several digital images to obtain enough resolution for printing something this large. This is a complex question with complex answers.

1. How far will the viewers be from the image?
2. How much money do you have?
3. How important is the quality of the image?
4. What will the image be of?

Odds are if you are asking how to do it your probably biting off more then you can chew right now and I would focus on doing something smaller to start with.

EDIT: After looking at your post more closely your camera will not have enough megapixels to produce an acceptable print at the viewing distance you want.

Just a rough estimate but to produce a print 78 inches x 78 inches at 200 DPI you will need a source image of 15600 x 15600 pixels which would work out to be a 243 megapixel camera. That's not even at 300 DPI. Granted this is at 200 DPI and could produce acceptable photo quality results with a close viewing distance.

Take a look at this page to figure out what may be the largest print size for your 10 megapixel camera

Sir, I will jump into the well

Ok here are my answers;

If its too big,then how about 120 cm x 120 cm ???

It will eb a picture of my own and I will be very close . Something like this,
http://i43.tinypic.com/fvy9ox.jpg

And I havent stepped onto the DSLR family and editing as of now.
If you sugest me,then I can buy a Canon EOS 1000 D ,which costs 700$ here in India. It comes with a basic lense

So,do I need to a buy a lense and fash as well for it ??

Or just the camera with its basic lense will do ???

And I have heard that, for big high quality printing, you need high pixels.

Canon 1000 D only has 10 mpix..

Quality of the image is very imp,as its for my personal bedroom..

I think you best bet may be to call a local professional photographer and have him/her do it for you. Probably cheaper.
