This isn't a great shot, but it's a fun one. One obvious problem is that she has bandages on her right arm. Another thing that bugs the heck out of me is that she's looking at the camera but that probably isn't fixable. Anyway, any good photoshoppers out there willing to get rid of those bandages for me? I'm just not good enough and it ends up looking horrible every time I try.
Also, any other advice on this picture would be appreciated. We were just goofing off (nothing professional here) and only tried this shot once because it was loud and people were sleeping. Considering one shot, I like it. Had there been more opportunities, this one surely wouldn't have made the cut. This friend of ours has now left and there won't be any more tries any time soon (my pregnant wife probably wouldn't be up for this one, lol). There Ya go,
took 2 minutes in Elements 6 would have done the large photo but's it's a bit big to download right now. Her eyes are not really a problem either. Just have a play around and I am sure you will crack it. After all you got a really nice image and composition here. Thanks for sharing

Thanks! I'll have to play around with the full size more when I have time. At least I know it's doable, I'm just rusty on anything/everything Photoshop related.
When you say that the eyes aren't really a problem, do you mean the fact that they're looking at the camera or do you mean that it wouldn't be that hard to fix?

I like that the eyes are looking at the camera - draws the viewer in!

yeah her eyes are fine, she's got a lovely smile and I think her looking at the camera brings you into the image...
Nice job. look forward to seeing your end product.

Cool, thanks
![]() I look at it more and now I wish I would have moved both night stands out of the picture completely and just let the green wall speak for itself without other distractions. I also would have her put her hair behind her instead of in front of her so it would have flown up in the air more. Oh, well...I'm not all that disappointed considering it was a one-take endeavor.
