Doesn't look too complicated. Seems just like Levels, Curves and Saturation to me.
If that's all you want the Gimp will do it for free, do it very well and have features and gizmos to spare. If that's too much for you, then Picnik might be the thing... it's free online photo editing. Very simple, but fairly functional, can do basic adjustments and comes embedded in Flickr. Personally, I definitely wouldn't pay for any kind of Photoshop unless you know exactly why you need it. The gimp will do almost everything Photoshop can.

Any version of Photoshop will do it, as will Elements. But so will also a multitude of free packages will do the same thing. It is only when it comes to Photo Editing that some come into their own and you need to start paying.
So, if above is what you want, and assuming that files are jpeg, have a look at these packages that are easy to work and have some good feature: http://www.vicman.net/ http://www.photofiltre.com/ and this one is is ok but some features are locked http://www.serif.com/ It all depends on you and what you are after. The gimp is mentioned in the last post. |
