Hi guys,
This photo was taken in the Blue mountains on a VERY foggy and rainy day. It's hand-held 2 second shutter release so I'm just happy that it's not one great big blur. ![]() Any suggestions on how I can sharpen up the wind blur on the foliage in the upper left corner? Any other suggestions are welcome too Ta!

See absolutely no reason why you would want to remove natural movement, even if you could in this image. Given that everything around the blurred area, including behind it, is sharp it is easy to see that it is wind movement and not camera.

Its not much help now but if your in a similar position again, you could take a shot at a fast shutter speed and then overlay the two shots in photoshop (or similar) to get the combination of moving water and (non-moving) plants. Last edited by jay_soft; 02-22-2009 at 04:28 PM. |

Thanks guys! I'll bear that in mind when I'm going for a slow exposure in a windy evnironement, Jay. Although, I am not totally displeased with the shot as it is mostly sharp... a little of the perfectionist in me I guess LOL
