Default Tints & "Themes" for pictures?

Does anyone know of a site or various ways to achieve tint themes in photos? I need more ideas and I know that the "tint" or milieu that the photo gives off is a huge part of the composition of the photo. Such as I know it's easy to do black and white photographs, but what about a green matrix look, polaroid, or a western movie style look.

Some of you might know Easton Chang Photography... he achieves different looks for his photos.. do I just have to play around with the warmth, and color toning?

Here are some of his different types of photos..
-A warm dry western setting

-classy, vanilla colored setting

-A desaturated movie-look setting

can you guys see what I mean? Is there any PS plugin that I can use to achieve these looks? Or do I just have to control the tint, saturation, and color tones?

It's a separate program, but you might look at CameraBag 2, which is currently in free "beta". If you like it and buy CameraBag1 for $19, you'll get a free upgrade to CameraBag 2 when it's officially released.

Nevercenter

[I have no association with nevercenter or CameraBag, other than as a customer.]

Oh, wow. I looked at CameraBag and downloaded the Beta, and it's pretty much everything I need.. sparks my creativity too because now I know more things I can do with my pictures.

Thank you very much!

If you're using Photoshop, you could always create a new layer, set the layer mode to overlay, and fill the layer with whatever color you want the image to tone to. Adjust the opacity as you see fit.

This is usually what I do when I'm editing with Gimp.
