Can anyone help? I've been trying to use this tutorial Photoshop Elements: Photochrom Vintage Postcard and all goes well until I get to step 5. I cannot find photographic effects in the layer styles and there is no layer styles button on the actual layer, it's at the bottom. Anyone know where it is in CS5 or no of an alternative way I can get the same effect. Thanks.

Maybe an Elements thing??
I'm unfamiliar with any "photographic effects" filters in PS, and I've been with it since CS2...
