It actually looks accurate to their tones on my screen, the little boy had a bright red face from running forever ahead of us lol so I had a bit of work to do.

Thanks Luna - I got my calibration tool today, I also have 6500K daylight bulbs that are always running when I'm editing - so I made sure to calibrate using ambient light too.
The result looks a little heavy on the red to me, but it could be because I'm just used to looking at it with the cool tones, I'm not sure. Also - I also had my color management in pse7 set to AdobeRGB and feel like an idiot because of it. I imagine that was the setting I had when I sent the photos to the lab - but I've since switched it back, and it appears that all the photos now look much better. I've sent off a couple test prints, so we'll see!! Thanks for the link to your thread, it was helpful!
