It is a sad indication of our society values that we don't like photos of ourselves as we actually are, we want them to be the 'perfect' us.
If someone took a photo of me and I didn't have a double chin my first reaction would be "Who's that?" BTW The answer to the original question is: Lose weight and then have another photo taken.

Great edit FileManager! One last thing you could to with it is go into photoshop, and with the burn tool (10% or so) go in and add a shadow under the chin, that'll "strengthen the jawline"
