Default how to fix background?

I know this isn't a great shot, but I would like to try and save it... getting all six kiddos awake and in one place was hard enough! My background fell a bit and all my eye can see is the creases in the fabric from movement. Any tips on how I could fix the background? It has been difficult for me because of the waffled pattern... I have CS 5.
(Also, I had to block faces of photo, sorry it looks so odd)

Thanks!

You don't trust us, and yet you want our help. I don't know...well, have you tried the Patch Tool or Content-Aware Fill?

I just think its funny when people won't post their photos. What do you plan on doing with these top secret photos of yours? I really don't understand what blocking out their faces is accomplishing except making the photo look really silly!

some people have a fear of their children's faces being on the internet and getting kidnapped or something. I've seen it a few times. Woman had me do a photo session of her kids. I told her she could get the images off of my ftp site. She freaked out about me putting her kids on the internet, saying someone would do something terrible to them because of it. I guess it takes all kinds...

Not that I should have to justify it but, some of the children that were in the picture are in the foster care/cps system and I cannot legally post their pictures.

To those that tried to honestly answer me, thank you.

I would try removing the background altogether and use a digital background. Looks like it should be a fairly easy undertaking

You could just select the background and fill it with black.

If you need the back ground to be made you have to make where it will match the costumes totally it has to be different colour from the figure then it will show the picture beautiful same structure come for the natural picture the back ground should be cool and totally it has to show the different between the figure and the back ground.
