OK, OK, Big Fuzzy. I didn't say anything because, unfortunately, I know neither Lightroom, nor Elements. In Photoshop CS5 (if I recall correctly), I used Content-Aware Fill, Patch Tool and Clone Tool.

Or you can use the adjustment brush using the skin smoothening option. Choose a size to cover the rash and paint over it until you get the desired smoothness. You can use the letter O to toggle the mask on and off if you need to see exactly where you are painting. Then you can either adjust it using the opacity slider or moving the clarity slider in a positive direction. Also it looks too red on the monitor at work, so i would correct the white balance as well. |

Anne, I'm not familiar with either lightroom or PSE, but if a Patchtool exists there in either program, it can be done in 2-3 passes, or about 30 seconds

Hi, again, I like the way this image was sharpened, especially the eyes. What exactly did you do to sharpen? I've used sharpen before, but it's not as sharp as this. Did you just do the eyes or the whole image?

I did the whole image: I used the High Pass Filter, and set the blending mode to "soft light". You can do just the eyes, but I guess I'm too lazy-- I didn't want to create a layer mask.
