Hi,
not really tearing my hair out, but getting quite frustrated! ![]() my problem is that I have an epson r1900, and everything I print has a green/ blue tint and skin tones look grey. I have had the prints done at a lab and they are as I see them on screen, so it is not my screen calibration. I have googled the problem and tried with different settings but nothing seems to work. I am using quality paper (not epson) and the ink levels are all fine with 1 month old ink. I havent used the printer for a while, but put the new ink in last month and have been trying to sort it out since. Please if anyone has any advice it would be greatly appreciated. I think im missing something simple in the settings maybe. Oh and before it was stood for a while, it printed fine but i cleaned everything and am not sure what else i can do x thank you all in advance. x |

The paper you're using may have something to do with it ... Epson papers work best with Epson printers. Did you download the ICC profile for the paper you're using? It has more to do with color than you would think ... also make sure either Photoshop OR Epson is managing color, not both ...
I had a magenta cast and darkness with my R2880 until I let Epson manage color and tweaked the exposure in the print preview window ... good luck!
