Default need help fixing photo

hi my name is michelle this is the only pix i have with me and my son could someone pls take the wisp of hair out my mouth? i have tried photoshop but im a frustrated newbie and this is real important to me if someone could help me out i would be really appreciate it thank you

It would help to get the full size file to edit. Taking it from the website is not only stealing it, but its too small to do much with.

I managed to double the size of the original tiny image without too much image loss, as well as remove the hair strand. Of course, with the original image size being so tiny, it's hard to do much more than that with it. But I did what I could. I hope this helps you out!

Here's a try with a slight enlargement. Again, it's hard to do anything with an original that small. Sorry, wish I could do more.
