Hi,
I am interested in developing technique in food photography. I have a Panasonic DMC-FX33 camera. I am hoping to upgrade soon, but wonder if it is possible to achieve good three-dimensional photographs with this type of camera. I have taken a few pictures, but I know very little about lighting and depth so my images look very two-dimensional. Any tips? Tanya |

It is all about the light and shadow and little to do with the camera itself. I'd read as much as you can about lighting and a great place to start to build a foundation on lighting is "Light: Science and Magic" Light--science & magic: an introduction to photographic lighting [Book] |
