Default Nik Collection Advice Needed

I have Photoshop Elements 9 & Lightroom 3. The Nik Collection is half price if you only need it to work with Lightroom. What are the practical, real world results of this limitation?

That's how I bought it (the LR collection rather than the full, works with PS collection). To me, because I use LR much more than PS, I'm perfectly happy. The only limitation is that instead of working with layers you wind up applying each adjustment in turn. So, if you screw up one, you might have to go back a long ways and re-do everything. However, that's happened to me soooo rarely that it's not even an issue for me.

Same as Nicole, I have it for LR. I had one as a trial plug in for PS and that was sweet to work in layers and change opacity etc...but not worth the extra spend for me. pretty quick and easy to right click and "edit in" from LR.
