straightening a rounded building

This is an older photo and, yes, I took the shot from a lousy position. How can I straighten it? When I use the straighten tool, one side gets better while the other gets worse. Is there anything I can do?
I use Pshop Elements 7 and I have Lightroom 2.

Cropping is another alternative... crop out the misalignment on the left side....

Thanks CurlyCorry, but cropping on the left still leaves me with the same problem--though maybe not quite as obvious.
And I'd like to keep some of the trees and sky on the left if I can.

first pull gide lines from the sides, use the free transform tool and press ctrl while pulling the top left corner to the left till the building lines align to guide lines. do the same to the top right
pulling to the right.

If you're getting uneven straightening, your position relative to the building was wrong. You generally have to be fairly straight on with the building to get it perfectly straight: any slight variations and you've shot it all to hell
