Workflow PhotoShop to Lightroom

Is there anyway to switch between Photoshop and Light room?

If I've done some PP in Photoshop and don't want to have to save / open Lightroom , import is there a quick way to transfer a WIP directly. I know PS has icons on the top eg BR , to transport an image to Bridge but is there any way to do so to Lightroom?

If I'm not mistaken I think you want to open and or save directly in Photoshop.
With Photoshop open on the 1st tab at the top you will see File click on that and your list will have many options you can use to open a file from its source or further down save as > Is that what you are asking? I wasn't sure what WIP meant sorry.

I want to process in Photoshop then transfer to light room for further processing (WIP is Work In Progress)

import into LR. You can do edits and crops or similar using the LR tools...then when you need the editing power of PS, right click on the image and chose edit in PS. The image will open in PS. After completing your edit just file -> save (not save as). It will save the PS edited image back into lightroom where you can manage it.
