Default is there such a PS plugin or way to do this?

OK this is hard to explain, but i am going to try.

I have worked with software in the past (it might of been customized i don't know), but what this software did was you could use the mouse to scroll in the picture say to recenter it or bring it in closer, when you did this the picture stayed its normal size, but the other parts kinda of moved in closer to it.

what i am looking to do is like maybe fix a centering issue or something like that. When I use PSCS5 crop feature it of course takes the picture and crops it to the size i specified then i have to go and glow it back up which then sometimes it looks all disportionate, this software (express portrait and wedding) that I used did not do this it kept everything perfect.

so is there a way? sorry if this is confusing!

PS CS sounds like free transform tool. Move & resize - you can keep proportions by holding down the shift key when resizing.

It sounds to me like you want to crop the photo but you want it to remain @ the same ratio? If so, when you crop set the aspect ratio to "use photo ratio". Is this what you were trying to do?

I think you're thinking of Content Aware Resize (which has been a feature since CS4): Adobe Photoshop CS4 * Content-aware scaling Maybe that helps?
