Where to start..?

Hi guys,

After a long break from any sort of photography I've decided to take it up again. I've downloaded the trial version of Adobe Photoshop Elements 9 and trying to get to grips with it.

But my question is, can anyone point me to an article or a workflow that I can learn from..as a beginner. What order do i possibly start with editing?? I see so many great pictures on these boards from some talented members, and I want to be able to reach the same quality.

If it's any help, I a) Shoot in RAW mode and have downloaded the camera RAW plug-in.
b) Have a Pentax K110D.
