Earlier, I system restored my computer, thus taking off my programs. I tried putting in my Canon Solutions Disk to install the programs (mainly to get EOS Utility so I can upload pictures into dated folders easily) and everytime I try to install it, it says application failed.
I have tried closing all programs and installing and re-booting then installing. Neither of which have worked. Anyone have ideas? |

have you checked to see if did a complete uninstall with the restore?
I would make sure all sign of the old version is gone. (I am a terrible tech writer, but I know where to click!) You can always download the new Lightroom3-4BETA - free until the 31 May. |
