Default How did this happen and how can I fix it?

I like this image however, when I printed it on 8x10 photo paper I noticed the right side of the photo had some light and dark blue spots just beneath the clouds and a few more above the tree. The rest of the sky and clouds on the image are nice and smooth. It appears to be on the image itself and not just pixels showing up. Can anyone explain how this happened and how I can fix it? Thank you in advance for your help.

ISO 100
Image was shot in RAW on full manual mode.

No, I shot the image in RAW and then in PS I added a render clouds filter and then a radial blur filter to stretch the sunbeams. The darker spots are on the original RAW image.

It was probably either due to processing or profile conversion... It actually looks to me like you increased the brightness of the whites and that's "fill noise"...
It's probably fixable with enough work...

THANKS so very much SK66 - I went back and re-edited the original image. It appeared to be the noise. When I re-edited the noise was gone. AGAIN THANK YOU!!!

it would help if you could post the image before PS. i think the light and dark spots was the effect of render clouds filter. maybe when you applied the filter your foreground/background colors were blue and light blue?
