Photoshop Elements

Has anyone used Photoshop Elements and if so do you like it or dislike it and why.

I've used it for years, including V9, the current version. I also use CS4, so I can tell you the PSE will probably do 90% of what most hobbyists/amateurs (like me) need to do. I know many people (including me) who use Lightroom for major adjustments and PSE for pixel-level changes, inserting text, layers adjustments, etc.
