Thumbs up Inexpensive alternative in Lightroom to apply a film look to images.

I just stumbled upon a treasure trove of presets for Lightroom 3 (2 I think). I've wanting to buy Exposer 3 from Alien Skin Software to transform my digital photos into looking like film. The problem is that Exposer 3 costs about 300.00. There is a solution for others like me that can't afford that just yet but still want incredable looking images. Cold Storage Film Presets Vol. 1 from x-equals.com. Here is the link http://x-equals.com/blog/?p=5184. This huge collection only costs 10 bucks!
Here are examples from my collection.

I really think it's worth the money. Check it out.

Thanks for the info. Some "film" presets do work, sometimes.

To be honest, in this case I prefer the before shots.
