Default preset information in LR3

Is there a way to find out if a certain preset effect was added to a picture in LR3

This is what's happening. I added various preset effects to some images to give to a family member. Now she want me to add a particular effect to more of the images. I was able to find out which effect I used by going to each effect until I found the one she liked, but during the search I wondered if there' a place within LR that will give me that information in a simple way.

Thanks
R.

oooh, i don't think so... even if you were able to open the xmp sidecar file it would show you the individual adjustments but it wouldn't show you the name of the preset...

Are the photos still in LR? You might just be able to look in the history panel. I couldn't remember if it did show the presets, but I just looked and in my history it shows each preset I applied.
