Default Any suggestions fort de-pinking this photo?

Hi guys,

I took this photo today, and found it to be overexposed; the sky turned pink when I lowered the exposure.

Any idea how to correct this? I could desaturate the area, but is there a more fundamental correction I can do?

thanks
