Having Trouble with Noiseware

I downloaded Noiseware Community Edition (thanks to whoever posted that link), but now I can't open the files I have used it on. They open fine in the program and it works great; I'm very impressed. When I save it, it saves as "what-ever-the-name-was_filtered." But when I try to open the processed file, it says "Could not load image 'IMG_4679_filtered.jpg' Error interpreting JPEG image file (Improper call to JPEG library in state 200)." Has this happened to any of you, and do you know how to fix it? I'm just really frustrated because the program works great, but it doesn't do me any good if I can't use them afterwards. I would really appreciate help with this! Thanks!

what program are you using to open the file after noiseware?
And you could open the pre-noise reduction .jpg in this program?
Prior to LR3 I used Noiseware and I didn't run into this...just fired it up and ran an image and it was aok to open...

Thanks for the reply Zona. I have tried opening it with the standard image viewer on my computer and also with GIMP, and neither one worked. And yes, the pictures opened fine in both the image viewer and GIMP before running it though Noisewere. Could it be because we have Linux? I installed it with "wine" which lets you run windows stuff. Should I try downloading it again?

ya, i dunno...maybe the opsys is giving it fits but i don't know...maybe drop the guys an imagenomic an email to see if they can help?

There are other free noise reduction programs out there so if you can't get that one to work check out picturecooler:
