digital background help

I have searched the forum for "digital backgrounds" and can't find information on them. I guess "digital" is in so many threads that I can't wade through them all. Can anyone point me in the right direction, or tell me if you like using them? I don't want anything cheesy, just some subtle backgrounds that look better than my living room wall. TIA!

I am not sure what you want, are you looking to replace the plain yucky background with something more interesting? Do you want these to be digital simulations or part of a different photo?

Yes sorry, I would like to replace the wall that I use with a digital background that looks better. The kind that people sell for just such a thing. Thank you!
