Default Printer chucking on a load of Magenta to my pictures!

Why oh why does my Epson decide my pictures need magenta highlights on it?!

I've googled and it tells me it's a photoshop problem (i have elements 6) BUT their solution isn't something im able to do in my version of photoshop....

HELP!

Get a higher version of Photoshop (Ie a CS, not Elements)

Sounds like a conflict of color management, I suspect both printer and Photoshop are giving color corrections , is printer color management disabled in the print dialogue box?

That's all I can think of, without updating Photoshop or using some other program to print, check free trial of ligjtroom and see if you can solve the problem there maybe
