Default Bringing out texture and details

How would I bring out the texture and details of the building in this shot? I have lightroom and cs5

Depends on if the detail was captured or not. Its hard to tell from this size image.

in photoshop, select the building with lasso tool and put it in another layer. apply filter, render, lighting effects adjust area to be rendered by adjusting the circle and follow the lighting of the original which is from top right. LIGHT TYPE, set to spotlight. check the on box.
adjust the sliders of the INTENSITY to about 14. choose RED for the TEXTURE CHANNEL. check WHITE IS HIGH. move the slider of the HEIGHT towards flat at about 8. adjust according to taste. click ok. next step is to apply layer mask to brush away the excess background. you can also brush the sign to remove the texture and the shadows with a soft brush

yes, i've used this filter to give texture to objects.
