Ok I have taken some photos of my young adult kids and significant others and would like to do a photo shop… maybe that is the wrong term I took a picture of a water fall and took a separate picture of the couple and want to make on picture that looks nice is the a free way to do this. I am very new into photography and am eager to learn more but don’t have a lot of funds to spend. I am posting an example of the photos I want to take these photos and combine them into one photo can anyone give a newcomer some advice thanks Karla

You want to put them so it looks like they are at the waterfall? That's going to be difficult. Image compositions are very difficult especially if you have no photoshop experience.

The perspective between the two images is completely incorrect, the pose is also wrong for the image your trying to place them in. You have a shot of the waterfall straight on but your shooting the couple from up high. The lighting is also not consistent between the images. When you want to do a composition like this you need to keep all these things in mind before you take the pictures.
