Cant Move Photos in Lightroom

I am on a Mac and have a NAS that contains all of my photos. The share on my NAS that holds all of my pics is mapped and I am able to add/move/delete files from within Finder. But from within Lightroom I am not able to do any moving for some reason. Im rather new to Macs and OSX. So any support you can give would help a ton.

A little more information might make this easier to give you help. Are you trying to move within LR or to outside LR? There is an export function that will let you export a copy of images to a location of your choosing, along with choosing the file format.

Sorry about that... im moving the files in LR. What im trying todo is move files that are on my local computer that have been edited to my NAS.
