I know Rosie and know that's she's a master photoshopper as well as really good photographer. Much of this is photoshop is the short answer.

She probably first took a photo of the room empty.

Then took a photo of her laying on something. The PS work done to make her belly not look like it's on something is obvious if you're looking for it (though still well done!). She likely lit the photo of herself in a fashion that simulated the light direction and tone from the window in the original shot so that when she merged it with the empty room shot, it would be relatively seamless when she cut and paster herself into the empty room. She probably used a large softbox/umbrella to simulate the light from the window.

If you look at her work, she often does a before/after and you'll see how much PS is done. Not that that is meant to take anything away from the great work she does!

I hope this helps?

Before & After - spot the difference! Let me know if you like... on Twitpic

That's not photography: that's photomanipulation. Huge portions of those images are photoshopped in.

I would argue that it is both so long as she took the original shot. The final pieces would have been impossible without her being both a talented photographer and talented photoshop user.

It's that kind of thinking that separates the creative from just another guy with a camera.

A bit like saying Vincents work is not Painting, it's just paint manipulation. I love the creativity of PSers.
