Preferrably under $125 .... I'd like the capability to determine how long EACH picture/window stays open, and the abiality to sync different music with a different series of photographs..

Photo to Movie creates slide shows with motion effects, music, and captions. Burn your movies to DVD or publish to the web. It runs on Mac OS or Windows.
The nice thing about Photo to Movie is the high quality slide show that it produces -- much better at produce flicker-free movies the other software. It includes 25+ built-in transitions and you can add more. You can add titles, music, and graphics to your slide show. You can render to Windows Media, QuickTime, or upload directly to YouTube. I'm a big fan of Pro Show Gold. It allows you to do remarkable things with your images and is elatively easy to work with. You can zoom and pan across your photos (think Ken Bruns documentary) and offers more than 200 ways to fade from one image to another. Plus, at $70, it more than meets your price point.
