Default What do you think, is this and HDR?

Hi everyone,

I thought I'd ask here for the more experienced members to take a look at this image. I'm wondering if this is an HDR or a single exposure photo. I'm pretty impressed with this man's photos.

Here it is: Marina on Flickr - by Imapix

Thanks

I'd guess single exposure. But no way of knowing without asking the person who took it.

That's HDR. Definitely. You'd never get that much tonality detail in the ships with that sky.

Yeah, thanks! I've also figured that it's an HDR. Many photos from this photog. are HDRs.

I think you could get quite similar using shadows/highlights adjustment....

You could get similar exposure, but not tonality. There's too fine a gradient in the ship hull for it to simply be a shadow/highlight deal.
