Default how is this processed

Hi Guys your input is valuable.
In viewing this is my style and i have been trying to duplicate that style but not able to.
what is in need. i m talking in terms of colors and tone
what to do in photoshop or what software does that

They all look different to me. but for the first and last one it kind of looks like a style of lomo which has been fashionable in fashion shots. It can normaly be achieved by a curves adjustment layer and modifying the individual curves for each colour channel R,G and B. There are lots of photoshop tutorials on the net for this kind of processing.

How ever other people may be able to point you in a better direction.
