Default Help removing hotspots in night photos

Does anybody know where I can find instructions or tutorials for removing hotspots in photos taken at night? I have PS CS4 and LR 3.

Have you tried the recovery tool in your RAW editor?

Th clone tool in CS4 may help also.

Adobe Photoshop CS4 * Retouch with the Clone Stamp tool
